Joyce Toland was born in Dublin and has lived in East Dulwich for the past 38 years. Her artistic talent was inspired by her late mother, who was a well-known artist in Dublin. Joyce has long enjoyed painting in oils, and over the past two years she has expanded her practice by taking part in a weekly watercolour class via Zoom with a teacher based in Australia.
